Tertiary Education - Institutes of Technology
Tipperary Institute is a dynamic higher education, development and research centre. Established by the government of Ireland, the Institute is unique in Europe in its integration of higher education with rural, community and business development programmes.
Based at two campuses in Clonmel and Thurles, TI is one of the newer third-level institutions in Ireland. It offers a fresh approach to teaching and learning with a range of courses in Business, Information and Communications Technology and Rural Development. We welcome international students who bring variety and diversity to our programmes and campuses.
Business
Our Business programmes offer a broad based degree preparing graduates for a career in the business world. The programmes are structured to focus students towards thinking like a business person, developing an enthusiasm for enterprise and equipping graduates with core business skills that may be applied in a wide range of industries. In addition to a Bachelor of Business degree we offer a BA in Accounting and Finance, a three-year degree programme that aims to provide students with a fast-track entry to the accountancy profession.
