"Chinese student, Yang Su is confident in his choice of a career in international hotel management as he sees the hotel industry as “the fastest growing industry in China with so much potential.” Yang Su was originally looking for an English speaking country in which to study hotel management. After considering many different countries and colleges, Yang chose to study in Ireland after learning about the great experiences his friends had studying here. During his Year 2 internship in the Heritage Hotel, Killenard, Yang describes the opportunities he had to “meet people from different nationalities, and to have many cross cultural experiences. It was a great year!” Yang’s advice to students considering a career in international hotel management is that you can achieve great things if you have “passion, flexibility and the right attitude.”
